What to include
Provide enough precise information to locate and assess the material without sending sensitive personal data.

- The type of abuse and why it is harmful
- Relevant non-sensitive evidence and the time observed
Urgent situations
If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service. URLio support cannot replace emergency responders.
- Do not open or download suspicious material
- Preserve the URL and safe evidence
- Change credentials if you entered them on a suspected phishing page
Review process
Reports may be reviewed against product rules, available evidence, and legal obligations. Action can include limiting visibility, disabling a destination, or restricting an account.
